Ms. Hyunjoo Nam, Jeonghwa Jeon, Jiyoung Shin, Min Joo Lee, and Jeehee Lee, Ewha Womans University, visited Tokyo Women’s Medical University on 28th July 2017. During the stay, we had shared their research progress in the A3 Korean and Japanese young researchers’ discussion. Mr. Hibiki Tateno, Jyunichi Tonegawa, and Ms. Risa Shukuwa, who belong to Tokyo Women’s Medical University, also gave presentations in the discussion. After that, they had a laboratory tour in TWIns and had a training in harvesting cell sheet from temperature-responsive cell culture surface. Through this stay, we shared opinions about cell-sheet based therapy for intractable diseases between Korea and Japan.
